I order a neckless from Macys and though it would be delivered to Rockford store it was sent to Chicago store well i don't go to Chicago and it was for Christmas for my wife so I when to Rockford store to see if it could shipped to Rockford ill store they told me they could not do that but not to pick it up and it would just go back to stock and to just reorder it and have it shipped to my house so i did that got it late for Christmas but got it the other one got charged for it but never got it so neckless that was going to cost $**.** cost me double these neckless were paid for on my Capital one card Jan ** my card charged me for two only got one resv**********--my phone is ***-******* name Larry French ring register no *** old ********** - ring transaction no **** new **********
