I placed a call to *-***-***-**** about a chair purchased at the Ross Park Mall Macy's. It was a recliner for my ill husband. Purchased in April **** and delivered on time. When my ** year old husband would recline in the chair and fall asleep and suddenly awake he would be startled and lean forward in the chair and it would tip over and he would fall on the floor. This happened about when people were sitting next to him and could not stop the chair from tipping in time to keep him from going on the floor. This also happened with his care person sitting in the reclined position and having to quickly get up to take care of him in the next room. This is a problem with the chair which I explained to Heath when I called about the problem. I was told someone would get back to me within ** hours. I placed the call on June ** and have never received a return call. I would appreciate hearing from someone regarding this problem ASAP. I have tried to call the *** number again and all I get is a busy signal.*Margaret Teresi
