I am EXTREMELY disappointed in Macy's, particularly whoever shipped my daughters skirted dress suit. I purchased a skirted pant suit & it took * or * days to arrive. It LITERALLY came the day * days before prom (I be ordered purses previously & had it not take but * or * days to get to me). While it was a last minute decision on my daughters part to go, I FULLY EXPECTED a nice, ready to wear outfit for prom. That was NOT the case. It arrived in a PAPER ENVELOPE....not even a padded one!!! When I took the outfit out, oh my goodness it looked as if it had been wadded up & shoved into the envelope. So then I had to take it to the dry cleaners to have it pressed*steamed & the wrinkles gotten out. That cost me an ADDITIONAL $** on top of the cost of the dress!!!! Let's not forget that there was a sale on it, but by the time I could get the app to work, the sale apparently was over...awesome. so then I try to use my star pass bc it would save me about the same off my purchase....NOPE!!! Wouldn't let me use it, said it was not valid. I did speak to someone at the store & over the phone & they had told me that the Star Pass SHOULD'VE worked. And that they (over the phone) didn't see a problem & were more than glad to refund me $** to help ease the burden. Well, I go to check my account & not only did the credit NOT come off, but I have been charged fees, though it should've balanced my account out. The previous $* was charged AFTER I had paid my card off in full, so I got fees for that as well. I am NOT happy right now & if I can't get this worked put, Macy's will end up losing me as a customer. Which would be ashamed, but while I don't charge everything I buy at Macy's, I do spend A LOT of money in the store throughout the year from school clothes to makeup to formal wear. I do hope that someone can get my account straightened out for me. I can be contacted via email below. **Thank you
