I received incomplete furniture today from a local store in Georgia. A cushion to my sofa is missing and the representative stated that it will be in warehouse by August **th, of ****. I stated why would you deliver an incomplete item to a paying customer or not notify them before your arrival? This happens all of the time you can call cx service support and they will send it by tomorrow or Friday. Time, Money and intelligence are things you do not insult or play with when it comes to paying customer or representation of your company. I would like for the item to be picked up and replaced with the correct order or a rush delivery on the missing piece here at my house by Thursday no later than this Friday, the *rd of August, ****.
