I have been trying to reset my hotmail password and asked to give an alternate email address to receive a temporary security code, I did this several times and I'm answering security questions, like my mothers birth place, I KNOW THIS BETTER THAN ANYONE! In being told BY HOT MAIL"WE ARE NOT ABLE TO VERIFY" WELL THIS AWFULLY STRANGE WHEN HOTMAIL SAYS "by providing an alternate email address where a security code can be sent and I receive the code and enter it, HOTMAIL VERIFIES THAT I'M OWNER OF THE ACCOUNT IM TRYING TO CHANGE PASSWORD FOR AND RECOVER. THIS SHALL VERIFY OWNERSHIP OF MY EMAIL ACCOUNT. IM GOING TO ASK THAT YOU AND YOUR COMPANY ASISST ME . IM A FAIR PERSON, I TRUST THIS MICROSOFT CO. IS AS WELL. MY CONTACT. INFO.
