The best way to submit a complaint is actually submitting the issue over the phone and asking to speak with a manager. You can also submit feedback forms using email or on the website. You can also submit the issue to the local manager.
The issue in GetHuman-euelle's own words
In June I ordered a pair of wayfarers and was told to sit back and relax they had the payment $***.** and the the prescription. I received one communication which said there would be a delay and I waited than in july I checked the order and it was cancelled no explaination why your company violated a valid contract without contacting me was extremely rude ....When I contacted Ray Ban I was told that your system was slip shod which is Really BS I haven't received a refund or a reinstatement of the order Ray Ban ******** I can be reached by phone *** *** ****..........
