Good afternoon, *On ******* I made a purchase for * pairs of glasses at Lens Crafters Kings Plaza. Debbie my sales consultant was great! I received a call that my glasses were ready so I headed over ********** to pick them up. Upon my arrival, I learned only one pair of glasses were ready and they apologized. Mistakes happen I get it. I mentioned to Debbie I wanted to get contact lenses and she explained I didn't have a script with my eye measurements. I then went on to inquire if they are able to measure my eyes so when I return back for my *nd set of glasses I can pick up contact lenses. She mentioned it was $**.** and I needed to make an appointment for an eye exam. The ophthalmologist was standing right there. Tall dark gentleman. Debbie explained because they need to show me how to put in the lens, take out, etc. that it was not that I just needed measurements. I made them aware I had worn contact lenses before and I didn't need lessons on putting them in or removing them I just need the measurements of my eyes and we are good to order. I said it will take ** seconds just to measure. Of course, I had hoped to make my next trip the last one. Your ophthalmologist looking straight ahead not even at me said " I DO NOT HAVE ** SECONDS" as he was standing there for a few minutes already waiting to attend to someone else. He didn't even say if you can wait..... come back..... NOTHING! He just stared straight ahead!!!!! this gentleman is not an asset to the Luxottica family and or Luxottica's reputation. Lens Crafters was my go-to for glasses but after the negative vibe and lack thereof professionalism*personality I think moving forward I will take my business elsewhere! Also, you would think after I spent $****.** Receipt ******** they would at least accommodate me with a free eye exam to measure so I can PURCHASE lenses. **Respectfully, *Robin Kaplan ****-***-****
