I have left my cell number * times for Customer Service Rep to return my call. No one called. Approximately * weeks ago I called once more to tell them I needed a replacement because my air brush was not working properly. They were going to have someone call me back that might could help me over the phone since I have been a long time customer and this is the first time I have ever had a problem with the air brush working properly. No one called. After a week I called and I talked with a Josh ( I believe that was his name), and he did try to help me over the phone. I was not able to get the machine to work properly and asked him to send me a new one and I would then return mine in the box. He hung up on me*And no one has called me. I have purchased hundreds of dollars of make-up*(Check my record), so I never intended on*Having a problem. I have never been able to open & try the new make-up as the air brush does not work.*I again called last week but this time I asked to speak to a Supervisor so I could take care of a problem that has been on going since*November ****. I was told I would have to talk with her . I needed a Supervisor (person in charge ) to address this as I have not been able to use airbrush since the first week of November. Had enough run around.*I have never had complications with other companies getting a problem like this resolved. This problem has gone on long enough and it should be resolved.
