The issue in GetHuman-hmerlin's own words
Im contacting because of the service I got at one of your locations. The location was **** Spring Garden Rd, Halifax, NS B*J *G*, I have never been addressed in such a rude way. *I went to the store because, while I was at work, I bent down to pick something up and my Lululemon legging ripped in the knee. I brought it in to the location to have the cashier refer my situation to “buying a car and driving it in to a wall and expecting a new one”. She was completely against exchanging these pants that were only a year old and told me to see the lady that hems the leggings to see what she could do. This lady took one look at the pants and said there was no fixing them, it was an issue with the pants itself and I needed to exchange them for a new pair. The cashier went over and started arguing with her to not replace them and try to sew them by saying I'm on my knees at work (I'm a cashier in a retail store so that was a lie), however, the hemming lady insisted to replace them. *I then was told to go home and freshly wash them by the same cashier (with I was okay with) and to bring them back. She took my name, email, and phone number and wrote a note about the situation on the computer. *When I went back to the store today, she put in a completely different name( my name is Hannah Merlin, she put in Emily Albert) so that they would question me, however, the email was right and I eventually got a new pair. She saw me in the store and gave me the rudest look ever. The cashiers name was Sam, she was blonde, extremely unprofessional, rude, and calling me a liar. I’ve bought Lululemon products for years and have never had an employee be so rude to me.
