To whom it may concern,**I regularly travel with Lufthansa for business and personal matter (miles&more****)*And I have several problems when it comes to the booking especially the most recent one.*I tried to book a flight online JfK to Hamburg for $*** I realized that the flight was booked twice so I called and the lady on the phone told me that she would have to cancel both which I didn’t want I just wanted to cancel one she told me that’s not possible I explained there might a been a mistake with the website but I want to keep one flight since it was a good price as well she told me it’s not possible so I let her cancel both and I tried to make another reservation again.* I didn’t receive a email confirmation so I called up a few minutes later to confirm no reservation could be found Iam being told I should make the reservation from a computer and not my phone at this point I was really annoyed and the lady was kind enough to finally make the reservation over the phone but for $*** which it’s only * hr later and the price went up but that’s not my fault on top of it I can’t use my miles and more credit card for that flight cause it was already charged twice and canceled which now it looks like fraud so I need to spent time dealing with MasterCard I went ahead and booked the flight anyway with a different credit card I also realize that I have no points on my account and the last time I flew with Lufthansa was a business class flight.*I also just paid another $*** to reserve my seat which of course i wasn’t able to use my miles and more card I am hoping you can resolve this matter at the very least I should be getting a credit for the difference on the flight since the lady made me cancel my original booking. **Kind Regards, **Melanie berritto ****** **th street *Howard beach, NY *****************
