Dear Lufthansa Team,**I am interested in a change in schedule of flight referenced as LBIH*X from FRA to TIA on Nov *. **The passenger is my mother, Servete Berhani, and she came to visit me for my birthday, but we unfortunately had a family emergency and she wishes to return as soon as possible. The ideal timing would be during this weekend so I can accompany her to the airport, or any day close your company can accommodate us. **I hope you can help us with this change and we end up paying less in fees than we would have booking another ticket. Either way the Nov *th will definitely be cancelled because she has to leave sooner.**P.s. my sister may have contacted you as well about this issue but we got no response. You will find her email on customer detail (*****@***.com) to confirm our identity.
