I am writing to express my extreme displeasure at how I was treated when I made an emergency booking due to a medical situation. My wife and I flew to Milan (RESERVATION CODE FHFUUV) from New York on September **, with a return flight scheduled from Florence on October *. On September ** I needed to book an immediate flight back home because of a serious knee injury that made it nearly impossible to walk. We were able only to book a flight from Milan to Zurich, then on to EWR (CONFIRMATION COE QPYFQF), at a cost of over $*,*** each for a one-way coach ticket. I think this is obscene -- no way to treat a customer. I lost the money for our return ticket, and then paid an unconscionable amount to get home, to a hospital. I am hoping you can make some kind of accommodation for me. Sincerely, Stuart Isacoff
