Dear Lufthansa*This is a request to undertsand if there is a possibility to get reimbursed*compensated for my expensive flight and for some of my tickets I never used due to Mums stroke. I also got invoice for same trip twice due to website misbehavoiur.**My name is Ann-Charlotte Olsson and have since January **** been a very frequent LuftHansa flyer.**I live in Switzerland and visit Sweden on a regular basis.**The reason I am writing to you know is due to what happened to my Mum September **th. My Mum got a severe stroke September **th. The Drs called me at work to say that I needed to come to Sweden and Gothenburg because of her bad condition.**-I had to buy an expensive flight ticket the same day September ** with a return ticket * days later. I could not leave Gothenburg for Basel Sunday September **th, Mums situation was not stable so I never used the return ticket Booking reference: PW*WOD**-The same weekend I also had a ticket over the weekend Basel- Gothenburg, September **th – September **th that I never used (not possible to rebook). Booking reference: VG*ECW**-I had to buy a new return ticket Tuesday September **th Booking reference: **-Since than I have continued the back and forth travel – weekend after September: Booking reference: XXXX **-Got om Mastecard bill to pay twice for same trip. Booking reference: VMOXOI (booking number two) For First flight I never got a confirmation***Is there any chance I could have some reimbursement for my canceled and rebooked flight and the hectic travel the last weeks.
