The issue in GetHuman-kheldaas's own words
On August the **th I by mistake purchased * tickcets for the same flight with Lufthansa from Oslo to Frankfurt on Oct., **th with return on the *th of Nov. I first thought my purchase was not successful because normally when using my Visa card I am asked to give my personal code to confirm the deal. I thus booked a new ticket. Shortly thereafter I received * e-mails , each confirming the purchase of one ticket. The next day I contacted the Lufthansa Service center and explained the problem. Lufthansa then cancelled booking WZZ*** while it confirmed booking WYE**R.. The cancellation of WZZ*** was later confirmed by e-mail. For each of the tickets I paid Norw. kr ****-.I got the understanding that I would be reimbursed Nkr****. This far I have not heard anything. I ask kindly to have the cost of the one cancelled ticked sent to my account **** ** *****.*Sincerely Knut Heldaas
