UPON CALLING THE LOWES STORE IN NORTH MYRTLE BEACH, SC I WAS TOLD THEY DO NOT RECOGNIZE ONLINE INSTALLATION PURCHASES. AFTER * DAYS ON THE HONE WITH VARIOUS MANAGERS AND SALES ASSOCIATES, A PLUMBER WAS LINED UP AND ONE WEEK AFTER PURCHASE HE SHOWED UP TO TAKE MEASUREMENTS. i WAS WITHOUT HOT WATER FOR OVER A WEEK. TO ADD TO THE MISERY, I JUST FOUND OUT THE HOT WATER HEATER I PURCHASED DID NOT QUALIFY FOR A PROMISED REBATE BY THE SALES AGENT ONLINE.**MY SIGNIFICANT OTHER ( MELANIE MULLEN ***-***-****) AND MYSELF (STEWART EDWARDS ***-***-****), HAVE PURCHASED OVER $**,*** WITH LOWES OVER THE LAST * YEARS. WE HAVE EXPECTED BETTER TREATMENT FROM YOU.**I AM FROM ROCKY MOUNT, NC ORIGINALLY AND GREW UP DEALING WITH THE ORIGINAL CONTRACTOR MANAGEMENT: JOHNNY WALKER, BEN PHILLIPS. I GUESS THIS IS WHY HOME DEPOT HAS BECOME SO SUCCESSFUL.
