I have several complaints for my local Lowes store that my family has used for many years, I purchased perennial plants and spent over ****.** dollars on them. These plants were planted last May and June. Not one plant that I purchased has returned. I asked the lawn and garden center before I bought these plants what the warranty was and what I need to do if these plants die. They told me that I need to keep the tags and that my receipt or my "My Lowes" acct. would suffice. Here is a major problem that I have encountered. I contacted Lowes in Chesapeake Va. (**** Battlefield Blvd North, Chesapeake VA *****) I asked to speak to a Manager. I was placed on hold for over an hour. Finally, I called back and asked to speak to a manager again, was placed on hold once again, It switched back to customer service and again I asked to speak to someone in charge ( a manager) and I informed them that I had been waiting for over an hour to do so. They placed me on hold an a young woman got on the phone and claimed to be a manager. I informed her that I had purchased quite a bit of plants that were all perennial, that none of them had come up like they were suppose to do. I told her that I had my "My Lowes" acct. and I had most of the tags like I was told to do. She said to just bring them in and they would take care of me. Take care of me they did not. I went there tonight, received the run around. I was told there was nothing they could do. I asked for the district manager's name and phone number and I was told his name is Josh, no one seemed to know his last name and apparently there is no way to contact him via phone or email. I came home and started looking at my "My Lowes" acct. and to my dismay, I discovered that not all of my purchases are on there. All of the major purchases are not listed on this acct at all. This is a major problem because I was told that I did not need to keep my receipts that this would all be listed on my "My Lowes" acct. I am very upset because I have purchased major items from this store. I spent on one occasion *****.** on windows, ****.** on a new door, ****.** on garage doors, ****.** on a riding lawn mower, ****.** on a grill, and the list go's on. Not one of these purchases are on this acct and this card is given to them every time. I am wondering, do you want me to stop shopping at your stores? Do I need to go next door to Home Depot? I have been a loyal customer for many years. I refuse to shop at Home Depot but now I am thinking that is what I am going to need to do. I have a problem with the Garage doors I purchased and I have no way to find out what I purchased. Please call me so that we can work this major problem out. ***-***-****
