I would like to travel from JFK (Jamaica) to Southampton, I am very confused and need help. I need the full addresses for these stations, also I have purchased an OFF PEAK ticket but this does not give me a reservation. Can I reserve? What if the train is full? ALSO you have * apps-this is very confusing, one to purchase (MTA etix) then I have the LIRR app and also now the MYmta which shows completely different times. I want to travel at **:** on Sunday the **th of December from Jamaica (near JFK) to Southampton. I need to speak to someone. ALso I wish to purchase a return ticket on the first of January but the app will not show me a single morning train, Im sorry I have so many questions I NEED HELP
