hello: I have always used laptop computers with track pads. Since my work situation has changed, I am spending more time on the computer and working on our website. I have been watching instructional video on website how-tos and am getting into webinars, as well. I am finding it more comfortable to raise my laptop up to watch the screen, and I think i am ready to use the laptop screen up at at more comfortable height, but that means using another keyboard and, prob, a mouse or another trackpad. I have a wireless mouse that we bought several years ago...a logitech M*** and i cannot get it to work....it has new batteries but my computer does not recognize the device...any suggestions? i looked online but do not see the reset button that is mentioned in some of the directions.
