Over a year ago I cancelled LinkedIn Premium and it had appeared to have taken affect (there was a confirmation and billing stopped) ... Over a year ago I had cancelled my LinkedIn Premium account due to the excessive charges. Actually, at THAT time I was surprised to find out that LinkedIn was still charging my credit card. Today, I realized that LinkedIn has been charging me between $**.** and $**.** per month for the past year (or possibly longer)!!! I would like to know who authorized LinkedIn to charge my credit card, I certainly did not (knowingly) agree to LinkedIn Premium subscription or whatever LinkedIn sees as an opportunity to charge my credit card. It also seems difficult to get Help through the LinkedIn App, probably not an accident.**I expect for LinkedIn to refund my money for all the charges that were made since my cancellation.
You would have to ask them. Perhaps they don't realize that there are clicks and actions that the user may be unaware of that trigger the Premium account, in which case, I would expect there to be a verification process to alert users if*when they have chosen to subscribe to Premium.
I would like a refund for all of the charges since my last cancellation.
I have been a customer for about ** years.
I tried calling their customer service but only received a recording of where the LinkedIn physical street address is.
