My LinkedIn profile has been hijacked. Consequently, there are multiple profiles under my name that I wish to remove. Additionally, I am unable to edit my profile or see the edit icon when accessing it. When I visited the corporate office for assistance, I felt ignored and helpless. In light of these issues, I prefer to have no profile on the site rather than the current confusion. Feeling frustrated with the situation. Best, Viktor B. Email: [redacted]

Hello, I recently completed a 30-day free trial with LinkedIn Navigator, which unfortunately did not yield the desired results in finding high-quality candidates. Upon signing up for the trial, I was informed that I would receive an email reminder before the trial period ended. However, I did not receive this reminder, and due to personal challenges I have been facing, I inadvertently missed cancelling the subscription. A sum of £[redacted] has been deducted from my account, which is a financial strain for me at the moment. I would appreciate it if you could kindly process a refund for this amount. I acknowledge that I should have cancelled the trial on time, but with the difficulties I have been managing, it slipped my mind. I hope for a prompt response from your end. Sincerely, Jake

Last night, I went to sleep, and my LinkedIn was working perfectly. This morning, I woke up to a message informing me that my account has been restricted. Last month, my account was hacked, and someone purchased LinkedIn Premium services using a false alias. I am not certain if these incidents are related, but when I regained control of my LinkedIn account, the Premium services were still active, which I did not subscribe to.

I was billed $[redacted].88 on my Discover card on 11/18/19 and would like to request the immediate removal and credit for this charge. I have been attempting to cancel this premium service for a few weeks now. While I have already canceled the service linked to my LinkedIn profile, I have yet to see a credit reflected on my credit card statement. It would greatly help if a customer service representative could reach out to me via email or phone to help resolve this matter. You can contact me at [redacted] or [redacted]. Unfortunately, my current employer no longer covers this expense, and I cannot afford it personally. I would appreciate prompt assistance in rectifying this issue. I have reached out to Discover as well to start an investigation on the steps required to have the charge credited. Thank you.

I believe my account has been compromised. The email linked to it was altered, and I'm uncertain of the current status. Despite reaching out multiple times regarding account recovery, I have yet to receive any assistance. Regaining access to my account is crucial, especially as I am actively seeking employment. Thank you for your help and wishing you a wonderful holiday season. Best, E. Stephenson

I have two accounts and need to delete one of them. I am unable to access the account I want to delete as it has two-step verification with an old phone number and email. The email still exists but the phone number does not. I am stuck because the account has two-step verification with an outdated phone number. How can I resolve this? Thank you.

I would appreciate it if you could delete my information from your database. I am unable to sign in as my current email address is not recognized. Despite that, my previous name and job details are still visible, but I would like them removed. Unfortunately, I am unable to resolve this on my own as neither of my last two email addresses work for signing in. Therefore, I require the assistance of a customer service representative to complete this task for me, please. Update 12/13: I want to emphasize that I am unable to rectify this myself and urgently need LinkedIn to address this issue.

I canceled my LinkedIn subscription back in July [redacted]. Despite this, I am still being charged [redacted] SEK monthly on the 5th. My account is deactivated so I can't login to stop these unauthorized charges. Please refund the money taken without my consent and permanently close my account. I am unhappy with the poor service and lack of cooperation from a platform I expected better from professionally.

I canceled my LinkedIn account years ago, or so I thought. Recently, I received a letter from LinkedIn addressed to me and "Mel's 4 Legged Friends." This is completely inaccurate! I demand that all my information, including this false data, be removed immediately. I am furious to discover this and to still receive solicitations despite my clear request to sever ties with LinkedIn. It is frustrating that reaching a live person is impossible, as no one answers the contact number provided online. I require swift confirmation that my request has been executed promptly. If I do not receive a response promptly, I will proceed with reporting this matter.

I made a mistake by accidentally reporting a profile instead of blocking it. My fingers slipped while trying to block profiles of people connected to my estranged wife, whom I have also blocked to avoid being found. The reported profile belongs to a genuinely nice lady, and I feel terrible about it. How can I correct this error?

Hello, I recently logged into my LinkedIn account and noticed a few suggested contacts. Among them was a woman with blond, curly hair and a unique, potentially Russian or Ukrainian name. Unfortunately, I accidentally clicked the wrong button, causing her details to vanish. I'm hoping to somehow browse through the list of potential connections to locate this particular woman that I viewed on December 9. Thank you, Keith Bates (Australia)

My LinkedIn account got suspended because I did too many search operations, which I wasn't aware would be an issue. I can't send any new connection requests now. I apologize for the oversight and kindly ask for the account status to be restored so I can send connection requests again.

Hello Team LI, I recently changed my password because it was restricted. This isn't the first time; it happened a few days ago as well. My account was also hacked by an unauthorized third party earlier this month, and they changed my password. I'm very concerned and would like details on who did this, as it will be in my account records on LI. When I changed my password, I noticed you send a link to my email. I prefer using email over phone text for this. I have supported LI for years and hope to hear back from you soon. Thank you, Steve.

Dear LinkedIn Customer Service, About a month and a half ago, I accidentally upgraded my account to Premium. I noticed that the account could be upgraded for free for one month, but I didn't realize it would continue without my additional approval. As a student with a part-time job, $79 for the Premium package is too much for my budget. Today, I decided to close my profile to prevent further charges. I'm wondering if there is any possibility for a refund, as I didn't expect to be charged after the free period. In the future, I hope to use LinkedIn to connect with people with common interests and grow my business network. One day, I aspire to use the Premium package throughout my time on your website, but for now, it's beyond my budget. I apologize for any inconvenience, and I look forward to your response. Best regards, Jure Manenica

I deleted my account on LinkedIn some time ago due to several inappropriate encounters with men on the platform. However, my profile photo from that deleted account is still showing up as the first result when I search my name on Google. This is concerning as I work in sensitive environments and value my privacy. Despite taking precautions to protect my identity, having my photo accessible online poses a safety risk. I am unable to remove the photo as I no longer have an active LinkedIn account, and contacting their support is costly and challenging due to my location and work constraints. Any guidance on resolving this issue would be welcome.

Dear LinkedIn Team, I hope this message reaches the right place. I am experiencing an issue with admins on my company page. Some admins have access to all functionalities while others do not. For instance, the "Invite connections" feature is only accessible to certain admins and not all. Could you please help me ensure that all admins have the same access to functionalities? Thank you for your assistance. Best regards, Henryk Stöckert
