I created my account in October using the email address "[redacted]". After using the LinkedIn app and connecting with several people, I got logged out. When I tried to log back in, I received a message stating, "Account is restricted. Please check LinkedIn help online for more information." I need assistance in regaining access to my LinkedIn account so that I can log in successfully.

I recently created a new LinkedIn account and began a free month trial of Sales Navigator for lead generation. Initially, everything was running smoothly. However, today when I attempted to log in, I was met with an "Access restricted" message. I have provided images of my ID and am unsure about the reason for this issue. My wife signed up for a one-month free trial of LinkedIn Premium. The day after the trial ended, she cancelled it, but LinkedIn charged her $[redacted].44. It seems like the charge is for a full year of Premium membership, which is quite a high amount. She understands she forgot to cancel within the month, but expected to be charged for the next month, not the entire year. There was no clear indication on their website that the billing would be annual, and there was no prior warning before being charged the yearly fee. We are willing to pay for the additional month she missed cancelling, but we are frustrated about being billed for a whole year of a service we neither want nor need.

Hello, I have been using LinkedIn actively for a few months now. I wanted to inquire if I could extend my sales navigator subscription because I initially used it to search for dentists, only to realize that advertising for dentists in Trinidad (where I reside) is against the law. This rendered my time spent on the platform ineffective. I have since switched to focusing on the restaurant industry and would greatly value an extension. Geachte Heer, Mevrouw, Ik wilde u graag informeren over mijn huidige situatie waarbij ik geen personen kan toevoegen aan mijn zakelijke netwerk zonder hun e-mailadres te hebben. Tijdens mijn studententijd heb ik ervaring opgedaan bij zowel Bonque als Cooder. Bij Bonque was het beleid om zoveel mogelijk kandidaten uit te nodigen, wat heeft geleid tot een blokkade op mijn account en aandacht voor mijn activiteiten, die nu invloed hebben op mijn professionele reputatie. Destijds was mijn interesse gericht op vastgoed, echter ben ik nu bij Cooder gaan werken vanwege hun focus op kwaliteit boven kwantiteit in recruitment, een verschil met Bonque waar "massa is kassa" gold. Nu ben ik binnen Cooder geselecteerd voor promotie en het uitbreiden van mijn netwerk is essentieel. Om mijn carrière vooruit te helpen, moet ik elk beschikbaar middel gebruiken, inclusief LinkedIn. Helaas belemmert de blokkade op mijn account het toevoegen van nieuwe contacten en daardoor kan mijn promotie in gevaar komen. Het management zal op basis hiervan beslissen over mijn aanstaande promotie en zal ook toezicht houden op mijn LinkedIn-account. Last week, my LinkedIn account was hacked, and I promptly notified LinkedIn when I received an email informing me that an additional email address was added to my account. Despite my immediate action, bogus emails were sent to over [redacted] of my contacts, and my account was stolen. This is my business account, and I urgently need all contacts to be informed that my account was compromised, and those emails were not from me. Unfortunately, I have lost complete control of my account as the system does not recognize my original email address, [redacted] It is disheartening that LinkedIn failed to prevent my account from being taken over even after multiple notifications about the hack. I have submitted the hacked account notification three times without any resolution. Therefore, I am reaching out here for assistance. For security reasons, please contact me through my personal email provided, as I am uncertain if the hacker has accessed my business email at AXA.

I was charged for a whole year for my Sales Navigator account, which I never used and didn't realize I had signed up for. I only wanted the 1-month premium trial, but the signup process confused me into thinking I needed Sales Navigator for the trial. I canceled my LinkedIn Premium on time, yet I was still charged $[redacted] for a year of Sales Navigator, a service I don't understand and won't use. This experience has left me with a negative impression of LinkedIn, with colleagues even calling it 'robbery.' The lack of transparency in the process has made me hesitant to recommend premium to others or try it again. I expected better from such a large company and hope to receive a refund soon.

My account recently had a temporary restriction placed on it. I typically use the phone app daily to browse the news feed, but I was unexpectedly logged out. After following the steps to reset my password and verify I am not a robot, I found my account restricted, prompting me to log in from a desktop. I carefully reviewed the terms and am confident I did not violate any policies. Despite uploading a photo of my ID as requested when logging in from a desktop, I have not received a response in 8 hours. I had built a valuable career network on this account, and my skills were validated by colleagues, enhancing my job search. I've received an email stating that due to issues, some of my LinkedIn messages were not delivered. The email asks me to fill out a form by February 11, [redacted], to get a copy of these undelivered messages. However, when I click the provided link, I can't find the form as mentioned. I am concerned about potential scam companies targeting people for identity theft. I recently encountered a suspicious situation when applying for an administrative assistant position. The phone interview seemed off as they didn't provide details about the job and offered an unrealistic pay. During the call, they only confirmed information from my application, then suddenly declared me an immediate hire, asking to verify personal details like my SSN, address, and phone number which I hadn't provided. Despite never agreeing or signing anything, they claimed I was an employee and sent aggressive messages demanding I buy office supplies for a location in Boston and sent me a check without consent. I tried verifying the company through LinkedIn, and it matched but identified itself as a small family business. The employer, Linda J. from The Centre of Acupuncture, Herbs, and Medicine, has caused me to freeze my credit and contact my bank after unknowingly sharing my information. I urge caution dealing with such companies and hope for assistance in this matter promptly.

I'm having trouble creating a LinkedIn account. When I tried to sign up, it said my phone number was already in use. I followed the "forgot password" process and ended up logging into someone else's account named Larry Anderson after receiving a verification code on my phone. I tried contacting Larry but got no response. I removed my phone number from his account, but I still can't use it for my own account. All I want is to create a LinkedIn account with my phone number.

I recently noticed that LinkedIn Singapore charged me for an annual subscription without my consent. Initially, I made it clear that I was only trying out the service and requested them not to proceed with a full subscription. However, to my surprise, they still deducted the money from my account on November 17th. I have been attempting to contact their customer service via email without success. I want to emphasize that I never agreed to an annual subscription. I have already taken steps by reporting this issue to PayPal and my bank. I kindly request a prompt refund for the unauthorized charge.

My account has been compromised, and someone is sending messages to my contacts. The hacker changed my email, preventing me from accessing my account. I have tried to recover it multiple times without success. I received a request in Case * ******-****** to send a copy of my driver's license to "Merlin," a LinkedIn Safety Operations Support Specialist. However, when I replied, I received a message stating that the email is only for Case * inquiries. This has been challenging for me, especially due to recent surgeries. I found this number and link through Google. I have been facing challenges canceling my one-month free trial Premium Business Subscription on LinkedIn. I was browsing randomly online when I inadvertently closed my account. Although I currently don't require it, I would like to rectify this error on your site from a previous regrettable moment in my past. I have changed since then and would like to resolve this issue. I did not intend to renew my premium membership, and my card was charged $[redacted].88 without any prior notice. I'm not in a position to afford this unexpected charge, especially since I have not utilized the service for over a year. I have tried to find a way to open an inquiry or seek help on the website, but there doesn't appear to be any option for that. Unfortunately, calling the provided number did not lead to any assistance as there is no voicemail option and no human support available. I have already canceled my subscription, but I am hoping to obtain a refund due to the recent renewal that I will not be using. The lack of support and communication makes it difficult for me to continue with this service. Your understanding and assistance in refunding the money would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I have been charged today for a LinkedIn Premium account at 29.47 EUR. I was using a free trial of the service, and I expected a reminder email before being charged. Unfortunately, I didn't receive any reminders. Services like Netflix and Spotify send reminders, so why not LinkedIn? I intended to cancel before the charge but forgot. To make matters worse, I got sick over the weekend and spent all my time dealing with that. I simply couldn't access my phone or computer. Could you please cancel this subscription and refund the money? I have decided I will not subscribe to this service again.
