Dear Customer service,**I was using the mobile app to login and FaceID on my iPhone did not catch me correctly nae *-* times...so now my account is suspended. I submitted my Taiwanese passport as proof online immediately but then ** mins later another email was sent to me saying I need to submit another ID since the passport wasn't okay(surprise). I submitted another Taiwanese driver's license in the replay email as requested by the customer service. Another thing is I am on the trail period of the Premium service and it's gonna expire soon, if while the account is suspended am I gonna be charged for the premium service since I can't turn off the subscription? **Thank you for your attention,**Cheers, *Dan
