The issue in GetHuman1605121's own words
I ordered the ** day free trial on LinkedIn Premium on October **, ****. I traveled to Europe for the last two weeks on business. I tried to cancel using the mobile ap and after two hours gave up. I noted the pending annual charge on my AMX. Tried to call the number listed which actually is just a recording with your address. I cancelled the subscription when I got home and tried to contact your company. Your stated policy is that you do not offer refunds. I want a full refund. I have disputed the charge on AMX and will not accept further charges.**Additionally I have the following complaints:**. It would appear that LinkedIn purposely makes it almost impossible to cancel a subscription from your mobile ap.**. You make it extremely difficult to contact you to resolve complaints. The recorded referral from the number listed on AMX charge to your street address is a ridiculous way to avoid someone trying to contact you.**. Your refund policy is not customer friendly. A quick conversation with my attorney revealed at least from his opinion your policy is unenforceable.**I would think in this environment for LinkedIn and Facebook that your application needs to take a serious look at this. If I do not receive a response to this correspondence it is my intention to post the complaint online and with the better business bureau.**Randall Baker
