I recently started working for a company, (running all of their social pages), with a business account that was linked to an ex employee's e-mail. **Our IT department still has access to the old e-mail address. It had been shut off, but I had them turn it back on in order to reset the linkedin password and give me access. **I used the ex employee's old e-mail to try to recover the site (inputted that e-mail, selected to reset her password, went into her e-mail, changed the password, logged in to LinkedIn.)**However, once I did this, because she had the company page linked directly to her personal page, all it seems that I have done is gain access to her personal page. I can see her activity, but no way of switching to our business account. **Perhaps, when she left the company, she disconnected her page from our company page? How so, then, am I able to access her page using her old company e-mail, and if the page is still live, but not linked to her account, then is it a ghost in the machine? Lost to the dark web? Did is get absorbed by The Matrix? These are all the possibilities I have been able to come up with. I have tried nothing and am all out of ideas. **Help me Obi Wan Kenobi.
