Subject: Unexpected Charge Issue on LinkedIn Billing I received a charge of $63.59 for my supposedly "free month" trial on LinkedIn. I urgently request a refund to my credit card. Otherwise, I will need to dispute this transaction with my credit card provider. Regarding the "Free Premium" trial, I noticed the steps provided to start the trial and understand that entering a credit card is required. I would like clarification on why the charge was applied sooner than expected. Thank you for addressing this billing discrepancy promptly. Best regards, B.S.

I recently started using the trial version of Linkedin Lite Recruiter account. Even though the full version hasn't been activated and my account doesn't reflect any premium services, INR [redacted] was deducted from my credit card. I didn't intend to activate the premium recruiter account and haven't used it recently. I kindly request a refund of the amount and the deactivation of the premium service to prevent any future unauthorized deductions. Thank you.

Subject: Billing Issue Concern Dear Sirs, I would like to bring to your attention a discrepancy in a recent transaction I initiated to redeem a one-month subscription offer for your service. The terms stated that I would be charged after one month if I hadn't cancelled before November 15th. However, I was charged immediately and did not receive the free offer. Billing Information: Billed to: Ioannis Mandourarakis Date: 10/15/[redacted] Payment Method: PayPal account [redacted]@hotmail.com Receipt #: [redacted]06 Invoice #: [redacted] This is not the first time this has occurred, and I am willing to pay for the service after receiving the one-month trial as indicated in the offer. I enjoy using Linkedin but do not wish to be charged erroneously. Any assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your attention. Best Regards, Ioannis Mandourarakis

I am concerned that despite Ralph Raby's recent passing (28/08/[redacted]) while on vacation in Cyprus, his status still shows as "seeking suitable opportunities." His funeral took place on 05/10/[redacted] in Cromer, Norfolk, UK, and I attended as a friend. For verification, please reach out to his brother, who managed the arrangements, at [redacted] It is evident that he is not available for any engagements. Unfortunately, I cannot provide a scan of the funeral brochure given the lack of an email address for communication.

Subject: Dispute Request for Erroneous LinkedIn Premium Charge Dear LinkedIn Team, I trust this message finds you well. I am Christopher Small, a relatively new user of LinkedIn for just over a month. In order to connect with fellow investors for my real estate business, I opted for the premium profile trial to explore the platform's features. Regrettably, I did not utilize any of the premium features and promptly removed my credit card details to prevent any charges. To my surprise, I recently discovered a charge of $[redacted] on my bank statement for these premium services. Before escalating this matter with my bank, I am reaching out to respectfully request your assistance in disputing this erroneous charge. Thank you for your attention to this issue. Sincerely, Christopher Small

I downloaded an app from your company, but I decided not to proceed due to the service fee. I never used the app or its services. However, I just discovered that I have been charged $[redacted] monthly since January [redacted], totaling over $[redacted]. I did not authorize these charges and only noticed them now as they were billed through PayPal, which I use regularly for my business. I deleted the app immediately upon seeing the service charge as it was not something I intended to use. I believe it was a glitch that led to these charges. I kindly request a full refund for the subscription fees as I never utilized the service. I hope for a prompt resolution from your company.

Dear Sir/Madam, I recently discovered that I am unable to access my account on LinkedIn, which is quite unfair. I suspect this issue arose after my Hotmail account was hacked. Even after changing the password for both Hotmail and LinkedIn, I still cannot log in to my LinkedIn account. This is quite frustrating as I have over [redacted] followers. I would appreciate any guidance on how to resolve this matter. Thank you, Regards Elie Saad

Hi, I am planning to cancel my premium subscription this month. Are there other ways to benefit from LinkedIn without paying the £70 monthly fee? My account has been restricted again, preventing me from adding contacts without entering an email ID. As someone in the events industry, I regularly add attendees to my business events, so this restriction hinders my work. I request the restriction to be lifted promptly, or I will cancel my subscription. I believe it's unfair to pay for a restricted account. Please address this issue soon as it is impacting my work. Otherwise, I will explore other platform options. Thank you, Dwaine N. Project Director GDS Group

Hello, I have noticed an issue on LinkedIn where my messages to new connections are not getting through properly. When I send a message, it appears correctly formatted, but after hitting 'send', the format changes, and all the text is jumbled together without proper spacing. Additionally, when I log out and back in, the message I sent to a new contact is no longer visible, only showing that I have a new connection. This is affecting my ability to communicate effectively and appears unprofessional. Could you please provide assistance with these two problems? Thank you, Renee P.

I recently received an email notifying me that an unknown email address, [redacted], was added to my LinkedIn account without my knowledge. Despite attempting to remove this email as instructed, I found myself unable to log in to my account using my usual email and password credentials. While my profile can still be viewed publicly, I am unable to gain access. It seems possible that my account has been compromised. As I am unable to regain access using my email, your system suggested setting up a new account, which I tried temporarily but opted to close as I prefer not to start from scratch. Given that I have maintained this account for many years, I am eager to recover it. I would greatly appreciate any assistance in restoring access to my original account.

I need to acknowledge my recent misuse of LinkedIn by indiscriminately adding connections in hopes of boosting exposure for my articles. I now regret my actions as I've realized I unknowingly reached a lifetime invitation limit, hindering future networking opportunities. I attempted to withdraw the invitations, but I couldn't find an option to do so. Can someone guide me on how to retract these pending invitations so I can connect meaningfully with industry professionals in the future, particularly in marketing as I pursue my MBA in Canada? I attend various industry events and tradeshows, where I meet potential contacts. I understand the value of LinkedIn and sincerely apologize for my oversight. I'm eager to correct my approach and use the platform responsibly. I seek your understanding and a second chance to make amends for my past behavior. Thank you for considering this request.

An impersonator using the name Craig Saffron Khan and Unaisah Khan Dad has created a profile with my picture and my children's names. This imposter is causing distress online and on social media platforms. The situation involves law enforcement as it's happening from outside the UK. The person has obtained my image from social media and is making numerous accounts to potentially gain entry into the UK. According to the police, he has a serious criminal history preventing him from entering the UK and other countries due to terrorism and other criminal activities. He has also been creating additional social media accounts using various names and emails, connecting them with inappropriate content and family members' images. I urgently request the removal of my image from the account and ask for the name and account to be reported for harassment.

I recently received an email, and I want to share the contents with you. It appears to be a scam email threatening to expose personal information if a payment is not made. Stay cautious and do not engage with such fraudulent attempts. Remember to always report suspicious emails to prevent further scams.

Good morning, I work as a career consultant in NZ, assisting clients with their CVs and Linked In Profiles. Currently, I am helping an executive who has two LinkedIn accounts and I aim to remove one and merge her connections. Despite following the process, I encountered an error message stating, "you can't merge into the same account" after submitting the email and password. I have extensively updated one account, while the other contains only 55 connections and an outdated image. Following the online tutorial's instructions, I tried to merge the accounts, but it seems both have the same email and password, leading to the issue. Another oddity is that although the accounts have different URLs, there seems to be shared information between them. The account I want to keep is linked here: [redacted], and the one for deletion here: [redacted]. Please let me know if further details are required. My Linked In account for verification is linked here: [redacted]. Thank you for your assistance. Regards, Lynley Drain

Moreover, there are fake impersonator profiles when I try to add people I know on LinkedIn. I'm experiencing difficulty accessing my account after multiple verification attempts using my military ID and North Carolina driver's license. I find it frustrating that I cannot reach customer service without signing in, a step I'm unable to complete. Despite my efforts with various IDs, I'm unable to verify my identity, which is becoming quite frustrating. I simply desire straightforward access to my account without excessive obstacles. While I would consider switching to an alternative to LinkedIn if available, it seems to be the primary platform. My main goal is to regain access to my account promptly. Thank you for your assistance. Sincerely, S. Ferguson
