I want to update my information but the account will not let me sign in. I have tried verifying my identity, but somehow my account is linked to my wife's account email and phone number and all information for me is sent there. If I try to change my password, it is her password that is changed. This is very poor service. I cannot delete my account, start another account, or update information... ... I want to update my information. It is very old, but linkedin keeps sending connections for changing passwords to my wife's email or phone.*I am *****@***.com I have moved and have a new phone number, ***-***-****. *I have tried verifying my identity and all they ever say is someone else is using that email. I don't have or want another email. Unless Linkedin offers a way to get to my page via my email or by updating my phone number, I won't be using Linkedin anymore. The lack of humans or even fast chat options leads to Linkedin having inaccurate information about individuals who would like to update their information.
I followed the steps listed, nothing worked.
I want them to send the LinkedIn security aids to MY email and not my wife's email or phone.
I have been a customer for about a decade, but upon retiring wanted to update my information--now I cannot because there is no way to get them to send the information to my link.
Working within the linked in and gmail options for the past hour.
