Product: LinkedIn account*Issue: I created my original LinkedIn account using a work email address, *****@***.com.UK. *I am no longer able to access this account and I want to verify my identity and recover this account for use. *How I want it resolved: I want to access this account and assign it to my personal email address as I left the employer in **** and have not been able to access it since. My personal email address is *****@***.com. I have tried to verify my identity as the website directs, by uploading a valid form of ID (my passport) but I am told that "someone is already using LinkedIn under that email address" which of course is true, because my account us assigned to it (though it will not have been active) but not helpful. **Recently I created a new account using *****@***.com but I have not used this as it has none of my old contacts. If my original account can be recovered, I would like this more recent account closed. **I may be contacted on *****@***.com.**Best wishes**Nina
