Hi there, I have been charged for my premium account after the expiry of the free trial two days ago. According to the information, shouldn't LinkedIn sent us an email * days in advance prior notifying us that the free trial is expiring soon? *I have just checked my email including the inbox, spam, and waiting list box which I am certain that I have not received any email from LinkedIn reminding that my expiry date for the free trial subscription. I only notice when a message was sent by my bank that my card was being charged for this service which I canceled the subscription plan immediately. Hence, I would like to request for a refund and a confirmation email to acknowledge the subscription was cancelled.
