look for CV's for Niche roles in engineering field and I have just started my own company and could not find even one useful CV ... Hi Team,**This has started with I trying for free premium subscription of LinkedIn on **th June ****. The moment I started using premium services I was asked to give credit card details which I did.**However, when after a month I unsubscribed the services as I needed advanced level CV's and the service was not serving my purpose, to my surprise I was charged almost Rs ******- approx. which I was not aware of and could not understand. If there were charges to any of the inbuilt services within free premium subscription, it should be made clear in detail which was not.*Also, if there were charges being levied, it should be charged on daily basis on credit card so that if anyone doesn't want the paid service, it can be discontinued, why to wait for one month and then a big amount is levied. This is not fair practices on part of linked in and I am disappointed with the way advertisements are used for cheating and misleading people to first subscribe and then pay hefty amounts without even knowing that they are charged for what they were told will be free....**I need refund of the amounts being charged to my credit card account with immediate effect else I will be forced to take this to higher levels and raise this concern legally.**I am still unable to remove my credit card details from the website and not sure whether I am still being billed to my surprise even after unsubscribing to all the services.**Please revert immediately!**Regards,*Parul Goel
I was unaware of the fact that I am getting charged for inadvertently posting requirements of job on free premium subscription package and had no intention of posting the job requirement had I been aware that I am being charged click wise and that too for one month continuously. Had it been charged on daily basis on credit card, I would have discontinued the service immediately or would have deleted the post
I would like to get the refund of the amounts charged on my credit card and remove my card details from all paid services of linkedin which I have inadvertently subscribed to due to false free subscription advertisement of Linkedin
I am using Linked in for past several years and wanted it to try for new business I have just started. Having such a bad experience in my first venture with Linkedin would definitely stop me from using or recommending the services of Linkedin to anyone in my known circle and would surely have a lasting impression on my mind that how I was cheated by a renowned site of the world with unfair practices
I have tried almost everything in terms of finding email id's to write to you earlier and tried calling your numbers but no use.**There is no way we can directly reach out to LinkedIn and there is no customer support where queries can be resolved or questions can be asked. I am surprised that you are running such a portal without providing the basic services and then fooling people by such misleading advertisements.
