I purchased a free one month trial of Sales Navigator membership. After the trial ended, I was charged for the entire year. I realized I intend to use Sales Navigator one month at a time. So I updated my yearly membership to monthly in the first month after being charged. Then I decided to cancel my monthly plan, and I did that. Now I need my money refunded because I am not using their product for the entire year, but I paid for the full year.
