Try out the upgraded account to decide if it would be useful. ... I had signed up for a LinkedIn Premium account free trial but found that I don't utilize the Premium subscription enough to be worth the cost within my currently tight business budget. Unfortunately, I noticed the automatic ** month subscription charge before I was able to cancel and would like to make an honest request for a full refund in the amount of $***.**.
Creating a large barrier between the company and potential customers through lack of customer service communication channels is completely eroding my trust and building an impression of ulterior motives.
I have been using LinkedIn and tooting their horn for almost a decade.
