I was forced by LinkedIn to upgrade my account to Sales Navigator because they blocked my ability to do any more searching, without any logical justification whatsoever. So * days ago I acquiesced and bought it, as I had no other choice, butI am not able to Access Sales Navigator at all. The icon is there on my profile page, but when you click on it, I'm redirected in a new window opened to this address below:*https:**www.linkedin.com*sales*onboardingv* *...and there is nothing there except a blue screen with my photo in the middle of it. I "submitted a support ticket * times" and when I go to the help center and click on view my open cases, there are none listed, so I have no clue what to do ??**considering that is happening. It looks like I have to wait until Monday and try to call them, but this has totally destroyed my life as I needed to complete a project I was working on by Sunday afternoon EST.....and now already have lost * days due to this. **I want the technical defect problem fixed, of course, but I also now demand a "pain a suffering token customer service gesture be given to me", as well, such as my next month free, plus retroactively refund me whatever it turns out to be from the date of purchase to the date of resolution, regarding refunding me money for each day I have been unable to use the new product i just purchased...or as I said "was forced to purchase". **I tried searching Google for hours looking for some answer that related to the problem i am having, but none of the search phrases I used provided related materials that had anything to do with the defect I am experiencing, which in short, Sales Navigator is not allowing me to do the "on boarding set-up process"for my account, as for a split millisecond before the page redirects itself for a *nd time, it originally is redirecting to:*https:**www.linkedin.com*sales*seat-transfer*...and that is when I can clearly see a full page of what I have seen in tutorials of how to set of Sales Navigator, but that "page" stays for a millisecond and then redirects to this "on-boarding page" which is where it is supposed to go based on all I read, it's just that my "on-boarding page" is just a big blue screen with a small photo of my face in the middle of it...and certainly gives me no options whatsoever to click on anything, and I tried * web browsers to confirm I was not imagining this.
