Dear Team,**The bank account of Ms. Veena Bansal, HR Head at Merino Group has been debited with an amount of approx. INR **,*** in lieu of annual subscription renewal of Recruiter’s Lite product which is linked to her official email id – *****@***.com.*However, we did not intend to renew the annual subscription, there was no confirmation mail received, there was no communication from LinkedIn team to us. When I tried sourcing the last purchase detail to share with you, I could only see – No purchase. It is still offering premium trail free subscription and in upgrade or cancel your annual subscription there is no purchase. Tried everything that is mentioned in your FAQ page but not able to relate to anything.**Kindly revert the amount at the earliest as we do not want to subscribe to the Annual subscription of Recruiter Lite for this year.
