The issue in GetHuman-coachdta's own words
I ordered the LinkedIn Premium thinking it would be a great tool for my business and I gave it * months and haven't seen a significant change in my business with the help of the premium service. I'd like a full refund because I bought the service thinking it would allow me to network with more people and have them find me as well and it hasn't done what it was supposed to do. I am really disappointed because I am a small business owner and all my funds are allocated to things that bring a huge value to my business. I have spent close to $*** on this service (which may not be much to you guys but to a small business that is a lot) and I actually had more engagement and more people adding me when I had the free service. I'd be willing to hear from a manager to see if there was something I missed but I would like a full refund since this premium service did nothing for my business.
