On **st March I signed up to a free trial of Sales Navigator : please see below my order confirmation. ( Order ID:************). Unfortunately I have not found that this service met my requirements and intended to cancel, however due to being on holiday a month later, I didn't manage to cancel in time. I have now had £***.** taken out of my account by Linkedin on **rd April. Firstly, I had intended to select paying monthly not yearly..if indeed I selected yearly payment this was in error as I don't have the income to pay all at once : as a result of this I have heavily overdrawn on my bank account now and will incur charges accordingly. Secondly, as the yearly subscription is ****.**, I don't understand why £***.** was taken out of my account. This is all causing me a huge amount of stress, especially as it happened on the same day that i heard a close friend of mine had died. I am requesting therefore a full refund as this subscription has continued in error plus I appear to have been overcharged by £***! I do use linked In regularly at work and would consider signing up for another Linked In service, but need to have this matter resolved as soon as possible.
