The issue in GetHuman-jaxjarre's own words
I accept Linkedin's offer of a free sales navigator membership. I missed the email reminder that I would be charged after * month free. Then an annual membership fee of $***.** was charged to my credit card. In the past I have had a pro membership where my credit card was charged monthly. *I don't want the sales navigator membership, I have never logged in & used the service. After being charged the annual fee I have tried to contact Linkedin several times via there website to request a refund, also requested a review of my account via their help web page, several times, with no response, I've now cancelled my membership. I would like a refund of at least ** months membership that I've paid.

GetHuman-jaxjarre did not yet indicate what LinkedIn should do to make this right.
