Receive an explanation of why having. Paid in full for item , postage and insurance £** was demanded before they would deliver ... I have not received my order for a rainbow bag ******** . I received a bag I ordered later on which. I paid insurance and shipping but which DFL charged me £** for delivery. £** was for vat but in spite of asking I have had no explanation for the balance. That order was ****************.I have never experienced this before when ordering from you and out of courtesy I am awaiting your explanation before I warn people on line.what did the insurance cover? Please can you address both of these concerns, especially whether I have been charged for the bag which has not turned up? Thankyou, Kate Brown
There is another similar item which has not been delivered although it was ordered earlier.
Above everything I should like them to answer my questions .
I have tried to contact boooth companies , DHL. collected myw money and then ceased all communication, Light in the Box have no telephone number and do not reply to. Emails ..
