When the pictures came in, we received only the complimentary SmileSafe cards, and the company keeps emailing us with "last minute offers to purchase portraits". When I try to call the customer service line, I get put on hold, ask for a call back, and the one time I got one, the number given to return the call (because I missed it) was an old number. Teacher is Ms. Rhodes. The package listed on the envelope that came back to us is S*, but I'm not sure that is correct. I have also tried repeatedly to find the direct chat line*Internet chat line mentioned on the customer service calls while on hold, but am unable to find anything. I am hoping this is a current and accurate way of contacting the company for assistance. My husband and I would like LifeTouch to either send us the pictures we already paid for, or refund our money.
