This afternoon, my daughter, S. W., had a 1:45 pm appointment at Curtis High School for her senior pictures. Unfortunately, upon arrival, we discovered the photographer had left for the day. We put in a lot of effort today with hair, makeup, and wardrobe to ensure a memorable experience, so we were disappointed by this turn of events. Could you please provide me with information about the appointment process and procedures, as I anticipate having to incur these expenses a second time?

I am trying to find out how to order a picture taken at St. John's Catholic Church around [redacted]. The photo features my husband and I in the middle with him on the right side, and I want to order another one with "50 years" at the bottom. Can you please advise me on how to proceed? I would like to view the picture online to ensure it is the correct one and determine the cost. I have attempted to contact them by phone, but I have had no luck reaching anyone. I purchased digital photos of my two children, but have yet to receive a usable download link. Despite contacting customer service thrice, they keep sending me non-functional "new" links. Despite being informed it might take a week for the photos to be processed and sent, it takes less than an hour. This suggests they may not be re-processing the photos but repeatedly sending the same dysfunctional link. The situation is frustrating, and after being on hold for over an hour, I've sought help here. The photos aren't visible on our LifeTouch account either. I request a functional download link so I can access the paid photos. The ongoing hassle is disappointing.

I am writing to request assistance regarding my daughter Zoe Carroll's graduation pictures from Alberni District Secondary School (ADSS) in Port Alberni, BC. Due to financial challenges as a single mother and circumstances related to Covid-19, I was unable to purchase the pictures when they were first available. Now that I am able to afford them, I contacted Lifetouch and received a copyright release letter from Leah Gilchrist. However, the cost of removing the stand/seal from the proofs for printing at a photo lab is prohibitive for me.
I kindly ask for an exception or assistance in this situation, as these pictures hold precious memories for my daughter and me. I am willing to pay for their printing and would greatly appreciate any help you can provide.

I typically purchase my great-grandkids' school pictures annually. This year, I placed the order on October 29th and I am yet to receive them. I'm curious about the reason for the delay and why there was no communication regarding any issues. The pictures were ordered for Tyson, Jordon, and Jaxson Barton from Colonel J.E. Farewell Public School at [redacted] McQuay Boulevard, Whitby, Ontario L1P 1J1. I have consistently ordered without any problems since [redacted]. Your assistance in looking into this matter would be greatly appreciated, especially since some of the pictures were intended as gifts for this time of year.

Hello, I had my daughter's individual picture taken on March 22, [redacted], at Cumberland Mills Elementary School in Fayetteville, NC. I believed I ordered her pictures, but I am not certain the order was successful because her classmates received theirs yesterday. I purchased the $14.99 package, which should total $16.04. Unfortunately, I do not have the ID code for the pictures to access them. I am seeking assistance to verify the status of the order and to potentially place a new order for my daughter, Ailani Ervin, from Mrs. Joyner's class.

My daughter and niece attend Patterson Road Elementary School. My daughter was supposed to have her picture taken, but the staff said they were packing up and couldn't take her picture. They didn't refund the money for the photo session, which also affected my niece, Andrea R.
Instead of returning the money to the office as promised, it seems the funds were not returned. This is unacceptable as we paid $[redacted].00 for both kids to have their pictures taken. If the money is not refunded, I will take legal action. The school office claims they provided the paperwork and money, so the matter needs to be resolved promptly.

Regarding RCTZ-QTWD with access code 39Q9 for James Salow at Bergman Academy in Des Moines.
I purchased the large photo package for my son, and I must say the color quality is not as vibrant as in prior years. The pictures look washed out with dull colors, especially on his face. In previous years, there were richer tones, but now the color feels lifeless. I wonder if there's a possibility to pay for a reprint with better coloring and shading, specifically for the ones with a blue background. Unfortunately, I have already given some away, so a retake is not an option. Your guidance on this matter would be highly appreciated.

Lifetouch has once again failed to update my child's name with the school. I placed an order under the name Ashton Gabler, but Lifetouch still has it listed as Chelsey Gabler. I urgently need this name corrected to receive the pictures I already paid for. I cannot wait on hold on the phone or for a response through the online chat. I prefer physical copies as I am 70 years old and not familiar with digital downloads. In a chat conversation, I was asked for more money to speak to an expert, which I found disappointing.
