Buongiorno.*Ho alcune questioni da sottoporvi.**** questione *Il ** maggio **** ho comprato da EURONICS il Vs IDEAPAD ***-**ABR (Nro di serie:PF*S*RZ*). Da maggio ad oggi * successo che si * spento all'improvviso per ben * volte. Ho provveduto a fare la diagnostica attraverso il Vs sito che evidentemente NON funziona poich* non mi ha dato nessun risultato finale (ne positivo ne negativo). Ho scaricato sempre dal Vs sito il sw 'Lenovo Solution Center', il quale lanciato * volte mi ha dato i seguenti risultati finali: W*KAPXFTN-KRBRSB e W*PPA*FQB-EJXJH* ambedue per problemi su SCHEDA MADRE con l'avviso di aprire un tiket di sostituzione hardware.*Nel sito non trovo da nessuna parte la procedura di apertura tiket. Mi aiuta?
