If you're having issues with a password, try resetting it using your email address (be sure to use the correct spelling). Click "Forgot Password" under the login, then follow the prompt. You should have the option to reset with your phone number.

I think I want to cancel my enterprise subcription. I accidentally deleted my password and I am unable to access or recover my account to access it again. I have spent hours trying to add browser extensions, recover account, and various other attempts including delete software in hopes of creating new account only to be blocked by current email already showing an account but no way to get password and use the account we paid for with the Enterprise version. Sounds like it is time to cancel this and go elsewhere.

I just ended up resetting the master password which resulted in loss of all data. This was only way to salvage subscription paid as no refund offered in this case.
