Hello, LastPass. I spilled a beverage on my laptop and destroyed it. I have a new one now, and I am trying to put it in a usable state, and for that reason I need to get my LastPass account back. Without LastPass I can't even get access to my gmail account which has years of crucial emails!**I am paraplegic. Without LastPass I also cannot get access to years of crucial medical records in the eCare system.**I thought it would be no problem, because after all I do know my master password, and LastPass does accept the password as correct. But at the very last step, just when I thought everything would be allright, LastPass won't give me my account back because it "doesn't recognize the device"! Well, of course it doesn't. This is a new computer!**I use both the Windows Universal Installer and the Firefox plugin versions of LastPass.**Please, LastPass. Please help me get my account back. You have no idea the grief and distress this is causing me. It's more than I can bear.**My crucial gmail account I need to recover is *****@***.com. That's the one I use to log into LastPass. The temporary one I am using now is *****@***.com, in case you need to email me.**I am not sure if this is important, but I have no phone. The assisted living center here does have a phone I can use, *** *** ****, but it cannot receive texts. If it is necessary to text me security codes or something, I have a good friend, my nurse, Angie Jimenez, and she has a phone, *** *** ****, that can receive texts, and she won't mind at all.
