I received a notification that my package was out for delivery, but I didn't receive it despite being home all day. Upon tracking it, the status indicates that the package is held at the Orlando facility awaiting further information for delivery. Despite regularly receiving deliveries, I am puzzled why I need to contact them now. I called the customer service line last night, initially being hung up on after 40 minutes, and then waited an hour for someone to address the issue. Unfortunately, they had no explanation for the delay. The package is already at the facility near my home, so why hasn't it been delivered yet? Today, I checked again, and a new message mentions a possible delay in delivery. I am confused as it was meant to be delivered yesterday, and it's already at the nearby facility.

I reside at [redacted] W Mariana Ave, Unit F, North Fort Myers, FL [redacted], with a yellow house as my designated mailing address. I'm frustrated because the delivery drivers repeatedly mistake my yellow house for a blue one, causing me to lose $[redacted] worth of merchandise from Nordstrom. Despite my efforts to guide them, they end up delivering to the wrong house, leading me to involve the police to retrieve my packages. Recently, I found a Nordstrom box near the mailbox on the street instead of at my place of residence. I purchased jeans using a gift card on 8/21/[redacted] for $75 plus taxes, with LaserShip tracking number: 1LS[redacted]02 showing delivery elsewhere. Nordstrom declines to issue a refund, so I seek resolution, identification of the erroneous driver, and plan to escalate my concerns to the BBB. I work full-time and miss the deliveries due to these delivery mishaps.

My package arrived at my business on a Sunday at 6:39 p.m., but we are closed on weekends. Despite the delivery notes indicating that the package was placed by the front door, upon arriving at the office, I discovered it was not there. Instead, it was carelessly thrown over our barbed wire fence and left between two vehicles. The package, containing a laptop computer, lacked any protective packaging materials. I will need to return the laptop due to the unacceptable handling. I will be contacting Walmart to file a complaint about this incident. I have documented the situation with photographs to support my case.

At [redacted] New York Avenue in Washington, D.C., a delivery driver recently dropped off a package at our security lobby desk. Unfortunately, the person named Melissa Wiley does not work here. The driver, who did not work for our approved delivery agencies, threw the box near the lobby door and left before we could address the issue. This behavior was unprofessional and not acceptable for a delivery service. After some time, the driver returned to pick up the box from the sidewalk. Hi, I'm Detective S. from the Fort Knox Police Investigation Section. A package was delivered by one of your couriers to a closed military gate on Tuesday, September 14, [redacted]. The address provided was [redacted] Round Rock Dr, Shepherdsville, KY [redacted], and the tracking number is 1LSCYCY000EKV5I. Leaving an unoccupied box at a closed gate on a military installation triggers an Explosive Detection by our EOD team, followed by a holding period of sixty (60) days. After this period, if unclaimed, the package is then destroyed. Our gate address is on Mount Eden Rd, which is on the opposite side of Shepherdsville. This incident marks the second package we have recovered at this gate. We kindly request that the courier service be informed that military installations cannot accept packages with incorrect shipping addresses, preventing the intended recipient from receiving their purchased item.

I am experiencing delivery issues with a package scheduled to arrive three days ago. Despite providing the correct business address and hours for delivery, the package was attempted to be delivered after business hours on multiple occasions. Upon contacting customer service, it was acknowledged that the correct address and business hours were on file, yet the delivery attempts persisted outside of the specified hours. After spending a total of four hours over the past three days on the phone with the company, including requesting to speak with a supervisor who refused, the situation remains unresolved. This recurring problem with deliveries is frustrating, and there is a risk that the package might be returned to the sender if not successfully delivered soon.

I am extremely dissatisfied with this company. I wish stores and retailers would disclose when they use them so I can avoid them at all costs. They mishandle packages and falsely claim they are lost, damaged, or delivered. There is no direct contact number provided, and when reaching out to their headquarters for a complaint phone number or email, I was given incorrect information. When I called the number I was given, it turned out to be a hospital. I will never utilize their services again, and I highly recommend others to do the same. Before placing an order, make sure to inquire about the shipping company being used, and if it's LaserShip, cancel the order immediately. Each time I've had a package shipped through them, it has never made it to me. Please be cautious and avoid the hassle of dealing with this unreliable company.

The seller shipped my package to Lasership, and a label was created on November 11. After contacting Lasership, they denied receiving the package. Despite requesting to speak with a corporate supervisor, my request was denied. When reaching out on Facebook, they mentioned escalating the case but did not provide a contact for corporate or media relations. An employee confirmed packages being stolen due to low pay. I am adamant about locating my original package and having it delivered to me. If an employee is responsible for theft, I believe they should be terminated and arrested. I am willing to pursue legal action to address this matter and have contacted several media outlets regarding similar incidents. The recurring issues with lost packages and questionable delivery practices need urgent attention for resolution.

I reached out to Fashion Nova regarding my order which was being shipped via LaserShip. Unfortunately, after speaking with Fashion Nova, they informed me that my package had been lost by LaserShip. Originally, my order was scheduled to arrive on November 29th, but today is December 8th, making it 13 days overdue, and the tracking status shows it's currently stuck in New Jersey. Fashion Nova stated that the issue lies with LaserShip and not with them. It appears that my package has indeed been lost in transit.

I placed an order with Fashion Nova back in November. I received a notification that my package was delayed and is now "Ready to be Shipped." I patiently waited for updates, but unfortunately, there were none. Upon trying to track my package with the provided number, I was shocked to see it had already been delivered. However, I have not received it, leading me to believe it might have been left at the wrong doorstep. This isn't the first time this has happened, and it's concerning because there have been instances of package theft in my apartment complex due to packages being left out in the open. The fact that my package was placed in front of the wrong door is quite unprofessional.

On December 9th, [redacted], at 8:11 p.m., it was noted that a delivery attempt was made for my Amazon package. Despite being home at that time, this is the second time delivery has been attempted. The first supposed attempt was on December 8th, [redacted], when I was also home. I rely on Amazon to deliver my packages promptly. If a delivery date is specified, the package should arrive accordingly. This recurring issue reflects poorly on your services as an Amazon contractor. I expect either a reimbursement for the delivery fee or a commitment to ensure future deliveries are on time. The lack of professionalism is disheartening given the partnership between your company and Amazon. This continuous inconvenience is unsatisfactory.

I placed an order on Amazon yesterday, and my package is scheduled to arrive today by 9 p.m. Unfortunately, I forgot to include the street number on the delivery address, making it impossible to deliver the package. I placed an order with Fashion Nova on 01/22/[redacted], and according to the tracking information, the package was marked as delivered at 2:10 on 01/26/[redacted], which is not accurate. Unfortunately, the carrier did not take a picture of the delivery, so I am unsure of its whereabouts. I suspect it was either delivered to the wrong address or potentially stolen. I am frustrated by the lack of communication and resolution in this matter. I have already reached out to the merchant for assistance and now request a thorough investigation to locate the package. I believe the carrier responsible for this delivery error should be held accountable for their negligence. I am prepared to escalate this further if necessary to ensure a satisfactory resolution.

I am currently awaiting a shipment from Forever 21 that was supposed to be sent on August 2nd. Unfortunately, when I check the Lasership tracking page, it only shows that the label was created and they are waiting to receive the package from Forever 21. Despite Forever 21 claiming the package left their warehouse, Lasership is not updating the tracking information. I urgently need to track this shipment and determine its arrival date since it was sent to a friend’s house, and they are leaving on the 8th. I have contacted Lasership, and they mentioned that as the status is still at "Label created," there is nothing they can do, advising me to reach out to Forever 21. When I contacted Forever 21, they mentioned their shipment policy not allowing them to share shipping details, stating that standard delivery should take 1-7 business days from the shipped date, with a maximum wait time of 10 business days. They also stated that customers should receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Unfortunately, the additional 3-day wait requested by the courier team was not specified in the policies I had reviewed. Despite this, it seems there is no immediate solution to this issue.

I made a purchase from Nike, and according to the tracking information, the package was marked as delivered. However, this is not the case. Tracking number: 1LSCXM6R[redacted] Lasership's delivery notification indicates that the item was left at my door. This is impossible because I reside in a luxury doorman building in New York City, where all packages are required to go through the package room. Our concierge meticulously registers and monitors each package for the numerous tenants in the building. Given the exclusive nature of the building, it is inconceivable that a delivery person could have accessed a residential floor, especially the 29th floor where my apartment is situated. Only residents possess the necessary key to access the floors. Regrettably, Nike is unable to replace the item as it is out of stock. This purchase was intended for a relative battling cancer, adding to my frustration. I am now left to search online for a replacement. My primary concern is the whereabouts of my package and the concerning frequency of package mishandling by Lasership. I am deeply distressed by this situation.

I am experiencing issues with LaserShip regarding my iPhone 14 delivery. Despite being promised free delivery by my cell phone provider, I have yet to receive the phone after 2 months. LaserShip is demanding a $6.95 shipping fee for any information about my package, claiming they no longer have the original tracking number but have provided a suspicious parcel number (LSOCT[redacted]ECS). Working for FedEx Ground in Seattle, WA, I can confirm that this parcel number seems invalid. On October 25, [redacted], I received a notification that the package is held at Terminal 2, but the location remains unspecified. The phone was dispatched from T-Mobile on August 12, [redacted]. I have legal representation involved as this situation has persisted for far too long.

On December 2nd, Lasership supposedly took a picture of delivering my package, but they didn't ring the bell while I was home. Today, on December 11th, they claim they delivered another package. This is unacceptable. I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with this service. I will be contacting my lawyer to take legal action against the delivery person responsible for this issue. I am also reconsidering ordering from Fashion Nova if they continue to use Lasership for delivery. How is it possible to leave a package at the front door of a [redacted]-apartment building?
