I am facing an issue with my package that was marked as delivered but was not actually received. Despite multiple attempts over the last three days to contact customer service, including filling out three contact forms, I have not received any response in over 72 hours. I also initiated a claim through the automated system, but I am doubtful it will be resolved. Additionally, after waiting on hold for an hour, I was unexpectedly disconnected. When I tried calling again, the automated system mentioned that they were unable to take calls due to high volume and advised using the online contact forms that have not been helpful so far.

I have made numerous attempts to reach out via phone and email, with no success. An order was placed on December 2nd, scheduled for delivery on the 9th. However, today is the 18th and the package has not arrived. I urgently request that it reaches me before Christmas, as I am prepared to take further action. The current service provided has left me very dissatisfied. A response within 48 hours would be greatly appreciated. If necessary, I am willing to arrange for pickup. The tracking information shows it has been in Harrisburg since the 7th. I kindly ask for clarification on the whereabouts of my package and the steps to retrieve it. Thank you.

My Kohl's order has been with Lasership since December 12th. Yesterday, it was loaded onto their truck for delivery, but I received an update at 7:13 p.m. stating "unable to deliver." Despite being at home, I didn't see or hear anyone attempting delivery. Today, it was listed as out for delivery again, but it's now back in Harrisburg. I am frustrated and concerned about the status of my package.

I am concerned about my delayed package. I have been waiting for it for a week now. Every time I track it, I receive the same message saying it will be shipped the next day. Unfortunately, there has been no progress, and the tracking information has not been updated. The tracking number is 1LS[redacted]95, and the estimated delivery was 04-11. Today is the 19th, and I am still waiting for it. I urgently need this package to be delivered promptly. Lasership, please contact me and provide an update on the status of my package.

My Bath and Body Works order has been delayed five times without any explanation. The package is currently at a facility just 45 minutes away, but I can't get through to customer service. I am simply looking to track my package. This situation is quite frustrating, especially right before Christmas. I hope that when the delivery finally happens, my items are not damaged. If Bath and Body Works continues to use this unreliable company, I may rethink my decision to shop online with them in the future.

I placed two orders on ulta.com, but unfortunately, my apartment number was missing on the label. Consequently, laserShip claims they tried to deliver it. Despite my numerous attempts to call them, I have not received any response. I reached out to their chatbot, Codee, to request redelivery of my package to the correct address, but they informed me they cannot authorize that. I asked for the package to be held but have not yet received a confirmation email.

I am extremely disappointed by the lack of service from Lasership. My package was scheduled for delivery on 12-13-19 but has not arrived. The customer service experience was frustrating as they failed to provide any solutions and even hung up on me after a long hold time. I urge Lasership to either deliver my package promptly tomorrow or allow me to collect it from Mogadore to resolve this issue. Their customer service department needs improvement to better assist customers facing delivery delays.

On March 17th, I placed an order with ULTA under order #K[redacted]18. I monitored the tracking number 1LS[redacted]95, which indicated the shipment was in progress. Given the current national crisis, I understood there might have been delays. However, on March 27th, I received an unexpected email from ULTA mentioning a return and refund that I had not authorized or received. When I contacted ULTA, they stated the order could not be delivered and was returned. I am perplexed as to why this occurred and am disappointed as the order contained items at special prices for that day. I am frustrated that Lasership did not contact me before returning the package, leading to this inconvenience. This incident is not the first time I have encountered issues with Lasership, despite them successfully delivering packages to my address previously. It seems some oversight or error occurred, and I am dissatisfied with the handling of my order.

I am concerned that my package shows as delivered, but I have not received it. Amazon sent me two notifications on Wednesday, April 29, [redacted], indicating it was delivered at 6:58pm and 8:57pm. Despite checking my mailbox, doorstep, and asking neighbors twice, I could not find my package. The shipment contained three different items. It is frustrating as I have never encountered issues receiving packages at my building before.

Laser Ship's delivery process consistently involves leaving packages unattended on the sidewalk outside my building instead of making an effort to deliver them directly to residents. My building lacks intercoms, but contact numbers are displayed on the front door for easy communication. Unfortunately, Laser Ship drivers opt not to call and simply leave packages on the busy sidewalk in midtown Manhattan. This method is unsatisfactory, and drivers who neglect to contact recipients or find a secure drop-off point should face consequences. It is concerning that Laser Ship continues to operate this way, possibly due to Amazon's lack of intervention that results in replacement shipments and potential losses for vendors and workers. This practice is concerning, unethical, and must be addressed promptly.

On Thursday, October 22, [redacted], a package was mistakenly delivered to my address at [redacted] Boulder Hill Road in Green Lane, PA [redacted] instead of the intended [redacted] Cindy Lane in Red Hill, PA. Despite contacting Lasership to rectify the error and being assured the driver would retrieve the package, it has not been resolved as of today, Monday, October 26, [redacted]. The recipient at the incorrect address, Karen Frantz, confirmed receiving my package but efforts to swap the packages have failed. Mrs. Frantz mentioned she would also reach out to you about this issue involving the package intended for Cameron Frantz at [redacted] Cindy Lane. I am concerned about a recent delivery where the package was not left at the correct address. The image provided shows it near a wall, but my mailbox is outdoor without any nearby walls. My doorway is on a second-story landing, not close to any walls, and there is no landing in front of a wall to leave the package. Additionally, there was a gate attendant who could have received the package, but this was not done. I believe the driver misplaced my package, and I am eager to resolve this matter.

I live at [redacted] Pelham Road in New Rochelle. The delivery people here do not follow instructions despite the clear signage indicating where to leave packages. It is concerning as numerous emails to the property management have not resolved the issue. Packages are left in the building's vestibule, creating a safety hazard in front of the intercom doorbells.

I purchased a cell phone from Walmart for Christmas, but unfortunately, the box was tampered with during delivery. Someone cut the bottom, took the phone, and resealed it with clear tape. I received an empty box today. I hope Walmart.com has reported the serial number as stolen. I believe this incident needs to be thoroughly investigated by your company.

I am quite frustrated and disappointed with the poor service I have received from your company. Despite providing the full address on the label, my shipment was not delivered as your company claimed they did not know where to send it. I tracked my package to your facility, then after emailing and speaking on the phone with a representative who assured me it would be shipped out the next morning, I later discovered that my package was returned to the seller. This inconsistency and lack of follow-through is unacceptable. The address was clearly on the package label, yet I was told it was missing. It is disheartening to be misled and have my package sent back without a valid reason, especially after confirming the address multiple times. The customer service representative I spoke to was unhelpful and unprofessional, refusing to address the issue.

I am a driver for lasership but I have been removed from the system. I was led to believe I would become a route owner, but that has not happened. In December, I raised concerns about my pay being short with my sort manager who directed me to his boss. Despite multiple attempts to discuss this issue, I have not received a satisfactory response. I have tried to meet with them, sent my pay stubs for review, and followed up persistently with no resolution. Each time I inquire about my pay or the promised routes, I am met with delays and excuses. I am frustrated as it has been since December and I am still waiting for answers. The lack of accountability from the management is disheartening, and I feel unheard. I hope someone can assist me with this matter as it has been lingering for too long without a resolution.

I am experiencing difficulties with receiving a package that was not delivered on the first attempt despite providing clear instructions. Although the address is easily accessible, the package has yet to arrive after a week. After contacting customer service, I was informed that there is no information available as the return person did not document the situation properly. This package is crucial as it contains vacation clothes that I now fear I may not be able to replace with items in my size through online ordering. I believe I should be compensated for the inconvenience and stress this has caused, at least in the amount equivalent to the purchase price. Despite reaching out to the CEO via email with no response, I am hopeful for a resolution and a personalized reply, not an automated one. If I do not hear back within 24 hours, I will escalate this matter by contacting local news stations and sharing my experience on social media. On April 19th, I placed an order with the Bengals Pro Shop expecting it on the 21st. Unfortunately, it did not arrive. After monitoring the tracking information provided by LaserShip, I noticed the estimated delivery date was changed to the 23rd. I reached out to LaserShip for more details as my package appeared to be stuck in a Cleveland location, only to find out it was sent back to the supplier without any notification. Despite multiple calls, the reason for this error remains unclear. Now, I have to wait for a refund and hope the supplier still has the item in stock when I reorder. The whole situation is quite frustrating, as what was supposed to be a one-day delivery has turned into a two-week ordeal. I am hoping the reorder goes smoothly without any further complications. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I am the Security Director for a [redacted]-unit residential complex in Midtown Manhattan, NYC. We lack a mailroom and utilize an open lobby on street level. Lasership delivery associates leave packages on our lobby floor instead of delivering them directly to the recipients's apartments, leading to a rise in package theft incidents. Despite reaching out to Lasership, I have not received a response. When contacting customer service to address the issue, they simply hang up. The drivers consistently ignore requests and leave packages on the floor, disregarding clear signs instructing otherwise. I aim to have Lasership delivery associates bring packages directly to the recipients' doors for enhanced security, as our residential floors are secure with thorough surveillance.
