Good afternoon, I am requesting information about a purchase I made on Shein on the 26th of April, [redacted]. The order number is GSUNXV59400N4FE and the tracking number is D[redacted][redacted]. I provided my tealca locker details at [redacted] NW 54th Street, LOCKER VE72144, Miami, Florida, 33[redacted], for DESIREE CERMEÑO. However, the Tealca representative mentioned that nothing has arrived at that locker. They explained that according to LaserShip, who handles the delivery, it was signed for by someone named RAUL, but there is no one with that name at the warehouse. I would like to know where my package ended up and what steps to take next. I ensured my details were correct on the Shein app and have my order ready.

I purchased 4 items from Athleta, expecting them to be delivered to my new address at [redacted] Table Rock Rd. I was informed that one of the packages was mistakenly sent to my old address at 33 Tucker Ave. Wakefield RI. Despite the delivery suspension due to the incorrect address, my local post office confirmed they do not have the package. How can I ensure I receive my package at the correct address?

Terrible delivery service experience. I had paused my food deliveries for several months and decided to restart last week hoping for better service. Unfortunately, the issues persist. The delivery personnel still do not ring the buzzer, neglect to bring the 40-pound box to my door despite clear instructions on the box, and even after knowing my disability, they placed the heavy box on the top shelf which is above my head. This lack of attention to detail is unacceptable, and I am canceling my food service once again.

The TJ Maxx companies utilize either LaserShip or FedEx for online orders. When FedEx is the carrier, items arrive as expected per tracking information. However, issues arise with LaserShip deliveries. Despite LaserShip claiming delivery of my order, the provided photo did not match my residence. Even after pointing this out, they insist on delivery. TJ Maxx is conducting a 10-day inquiry. I have urged CEO Ernie Herman to consider a more reliable shipper through multiple correspondences. Although his office contacted me once, stating they are attempting to resolve the situation with LaserShip.

My girlfriend ordered a shirt from Fashion Nova with tracking number: 1LSCY2H001SJ6FK. The tracking information shows it was delivered, but it was left at my house instead of her place. The delivery driver claims they left it at a black door, but neither our front nor back door is black. It seems like they delivered it to the wrong address altogether, not [redacted] NW 5th Street Miami FL [redacted]. It's frustrating to deal with this over a $15 shirt. It appears that the delivery person didn't follow GPS instructions and tried to locate the address themselves, leading to this mix-up.

I need to report an incident regarding the delivery driver who threw my package out of the vehicle window. I have video evidence of this on my Ring doorbell. The tracking number for the package is 1LSCY72001TGPAB. This behavior is unacceptable regardless of the package contents. The weather was fine at 70°, and there was no excuse for the driver to not place the package gently by the garage as it was tossed. The driver drove a gray Dodge minivan, and the last four digits of the license plate appeared to be [redacted], although the image is not very clear. I believe this driver should be reported and disciplined for their actions. I can provide the video as evidence if needed.

Today, the delivery driver left a few packages near our driveway that do not belong to us during their delivery between 9:45-11:30. Unfortunately, I was not home at the time. I am calling customer service, but I am unable to reach anyone at the moment. It would be helpful to have an emergency contact option for situations like this. I am willing to return the packages myself, but I do not recognize the addresses. Please let me know when these packages will be picked up.

A package was recently delivered to my address by your company. The delivery person rang the buzzer but did not wait to be buzzed in to the mail room and did not respond through the intercom. When I went downstairs, I discovered a package with about $[redacted] worth of clothing left outside my front door near the sidewalk. Delivery personnel in New York City should be aware that packages can be stolen swiftly and should be familiar with proper delivery procedures for buildings with intercom systems and mail rooms. I have already filed a complaint with the company I ordered from. Please ensure better training for your staff.

I would appreciate it if my package could be delivered. Yesterday, the driver falsely claimed we were not home and refused to leave the package. Now, I am seeking to collect my package from the Jacksonville, Florida facility. The OnTrac customer service representative I spoke to, A., informed me that I am unable to pick up the package in person. I am eager to have my package delivered. It seems that the driver may be reluctant to deliver to my location as it is more remote.

I have been monitoring a package I purchased from Fashion Nova, and the tracking information indicates a delay with the carrier. I was relying on receiving it by Tuesday, June 27th for an upcoming trip, but it has now been three days with no progress. If I had been aware that LaserShip would be handling the delivery, I would have chosen a different option. I received a notification that a package was delivered to me on July 6 at 11:30 AM. However, upon reviewing the delivery photo, it seems the package was actually delivered to [redacted] N East Street instead of [redacted] N. East Street EXTD. The correct address includes the "EXTD" and is located in a different area of Culpeper, VA. Our address is situated at the corner of Spruce Street and N. East Street EXTD. I have informed the company about this issue, and they are reshipping the package. Unfortunately, this has caused problems as the residents at the incorrect address have been keeping our items. I hope the reshipment will reach us at the correct address this time. Your help is greatly appreciated in resolving this matter to ensure future deliveries reach us successfully.

The delivery date was uncertain, so I had to use my work address for delivery. Laser Ship attempted to deliver yesterday, but it was at 8:30 PM when the building was already locked. Today it's 5:15 PM, and the package has been out for delivery without success. If they come after hours again, they will face another locked building. I worry about the package not reaching me. Is there a way to communicate with the driver to arrange delivery before 5 PM tomorrow during business hours?

I have been a loyal customer of the Farmer’s Dog for years without any delivery issues until Lasership started delivering packages. Last month, my order was left at the end of my driveway in the rain. After speaking with the Farmer’s Dog, they promised to have Lasership leave packages on my covered front porch. Yet, today's delivery was also left at the end of the driveway. Being handicapped, carrying heavy boxes of dog food is not feasible for me. Other carriers like UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS know to place packages under the porch cover. I have let the Farmer’s Dog know that I will no longer purchase their product unless this delivery issue is resolved by Lasership. I have received two attempted delivery notices in the past two days. Yesterday, I provided delivery instructions online for this secure senior building. However, today, the instructions were not followed. I am willing to provide the instructions once again, although I am not supposed to share this information. If the driver enters my apartment number on the keypad, I can buzz them in. My invoice number is 1LSCZM3002AMBYF. I kindly ask that the delivery personnel adhere to these instructions. Thank you.

My tracking number, 1LSCZM3002BTBG6, is from Temu. The delivery record shows my package was supposedly delivered at 3:20pm on 8/18/23. However, no package was received at my house that day. I have surveillance cameras capturing the front of my house continuously, and no delivery person approached my front door. To add, my son reached home at 3:27pm on 8/18/23, just 7 minutes after the alleged delivery time, and he did not see any package. The footage of my son's arrival at 3:27pm confirms that there was indeed no delivery, as no package was present.

Lazership continues to deliver my packages to the wrong address despite me contacting them multiple times. I experienced a loss of a package containing my summer clothes as it was left at a different location, near a mailbox, not my designated address. I have clearly communicated the issue, but my packages are still not being forwarded to the correct delivery location, my residence.

My package with tracking number 1LSCXZ[redacted]62 was scheduled for delivery on August 15, [redacted]. The tracking information indicates that it is currently at the Ontrac facility in Houston, Texas. However, it has been stuck at this facility for the past 11 days. On August 13, [redacted], Ontrac received the package physically, and it was then transferred to their Houston facility. On August 16, [redacted], Ontrac updated the status to indicate they are waiting to receive the package from the seller. I am concerned about the lack of movement on my package and would appreciate assistance in locating it.

I reside in a secure building and need to provide instructions for the driver on how to use the call box to get buzzed in to deliver the package inside. It's crucial that the package isn't left outside, as it won't be safe there. I attempted to contact LaserShip, but was unsuccessful due to their automated system. OnTrac's number provided me with a busy signal. Although the shipper assured me they would request LaserShip to follow my instructions, I haven't received any updates. It's important for me to leave delivery instructions.

I am having issues with my email so please contact me only through my phone at [redacted]. I have been attempting to get help with a package delivery issue where the wrong address was used. The phone technician and answering service have been unable to assist me, causing delays. I have been trying for four days to correct the address mistake and receive the package. Since I have not heard back and prefer phone communication, I am requesting a refund promptly. If this matter is not resolved today, I may escalate it to the Better Business Bureau.
