I have not received a package from American Eagle that was scheduled for delivery on August 27. The tracking number is 1Lscxnu[redacted]4. After reaching out to American Eagle, they indicated this recurring issue is with the carrier. This is the second time this has happened, with the first instance being in February this year. The delivery attempt for my package was noted as 9:55pm, which is late for me as I'm usually in bed by that time. The building's main door is accessible from 9am to 5pm, and afterward, it gets locked. Despite the presence of a call box on the wall for contacting residents after hours, it wasn't utilized in this instance. I have never experienced an online delivery arriving as late as 10:00pm before. The call box has clear instructions on its usage for contacting recipients, yet it wasn't utilized in my case.

A Lasership delivery person brought my package late on September 13, [redacted]. Upon opening the door, I witnessed the driver exiting my property. The driver had parked on the sidewalk instead of the garage pad, and while leaving, they barely reversed and made a sharp turn, causing damage to my landscaping. This included running over landscape bricks, scattering mulch, crushing flowers and shrubs, and breaking my spotlight. I noticed the vehicle swaying as the driver tried to quickly depart after realizing the damage. Although I can fix most of the damage myself, I expect the spotlight to be replaced, and I request appropriate action to be taken against the driver. I strongly prefer not to have this driver return to my premises.

I would like to file a complaint against your company. Last night at 9 pm, two of my packages were delivered, but instead of leaving them near my house where the driveway has ample space, they were left by the road far away. Unfortunately, this is not the first time this has happened. The delivery service claims to hand packages directly to customers, but in reality, they just leave them by the road. I have experienced multiple instances where packages are marked as delivered by the company but never actually reach me. This deceitful behavior and lack of trustworthiness make me hesitant to use this company for shipping in the future.

I need to update the address on my Fashion Nova order delivered by Lasership. I've reached out to both without success. I'm hoping Lasership can hold the package at their warehouse for me to collect. Urgent action is needed to prevent delivery to the incorrect address.

I ordered a dress for a party using tracking number 1LSCYSH0021D295. I had it shipped to my business address at [redacted] West Street, NY, NY [redacted], Whitney Museum Staff Entrance, due to previous thefts at my home address: [redacted] North Ave #2F, Elizabeth, NJ [redacted]. Initially, the driver claimed the business was closed, but after updating the delivery instructions stating the business hours are Mon-Sun 10-6pm, I received an email showing the package was delivered to the Bronx with a photo from a mailroom. This situation is confusing and frustrating, as I have received many Fashion Nova packages without issues at this business address. It seems strange to have a package marked for the Bronx when the correct address is provided. I am unsure why this occurred and if the driver might have misdirected the package intentionally.

The same delivery person has repeatedly attempted to deliver packages with severe mishandling, despite me witnessing the careless behavior, such as tossing or dropping my orders aggressively. I refused delivery each time and returned the packages with the driver. Upon refusal, he insisted he had already taken a picture for proof, but I stood my ground as the items were damaged. When inquiring about the procedure for refusal, he stated there was no form to fill out and advised me to resolve the issue with the company I placed the order with.

I have ordered around 10-12 items in the last year that were shipped by Lasership. If I had known beforehand, I would have never placed those orders. Out of the 12 items, I have only received two. Lasership consistently claims items are delivered and posts a photo, but multiple times the photo does not match my house; it shows someone else's house. I ordered a pair of Sorel boots that never arrived, and both Sorel and Lasership were unhelpful. I ended up paying $[redacted] for boots that I never received. This problem persists, and I am frustrated. I want to avoid purchasing anything shipped by Lasership, but it's difficult to know in advance. I've tried asking when placing an order, but they claim not to know the shipping method. I have lost a significant amount of money due to items never arriving from Lasership, and I can't be the only one facing these issues.
