There are many ways to submit a complaint to DirectTV but the best option is to call in. If you call into DirectTV you are more likely to get a strong resolution than using http://www.directv.com/DTVAPP/global/contentPageNR.jsp?assetId=P1700006.

I have tried to place an order to Lancome numerous times using my credit card. I keep getting a message that there is an issue with my credit card. I tried to use my Amex Platinum card and it would not go thru. I then tried to place the order and the amount on line was totally different than what the person was telling and did not offer to accept the amount shown on the screen. I called and the issue was supposed to go to a manager. I was told one would call me back. I have asked numerous times to speak to a manager to NO AVAIL. I then placed another call and finally I spoke to manager. She is unable to give me any information "it's an internal issue". I want to know what the issue is and cannot find out why I am unable to place an order!!*Why will they not tell me what the issue is!!*I want a human to call me and explain what the issue is. This has been going on for weeks and NO Resolution.
