Hello i was on on LOT flight LO *** and LO ** on **th December from Sofia to Toronto.Flight agent in Sofia wAs not able to check my luggage to finall destination after Toronto and checked it to Toronto and told me to get help at the airport.Due to Covid i was not able to claim my luggage to check it in on the next conecting flight to Nassau.I spoke with my conection carrier Air canada and they asured me that will help me transfer the luggage and that its on the plain,but it was not.I file complain with Air Canada but they are not helping me and my * bags are still missing.Tags numbers:LO******,LO******,LO******
