I ordered a pair of womens boots duck boots size * wide thinsulate a few days ago. I never got a confirmation and the money was not withdrawn from my bank so I contacted a rep who said they were having trouble and the order was lost. I reordered and this time got confirmation it was being shipped. This am I saw that the money was withdrawn from my account. However I also saw another pending withdrawal for the same amount I did not order two pairs. Please advise .
