Dear LA fitness customer service, ** **This is Tuan Nguyen. My member key tag is RB***C*GBIA and Burien fitness is my home club. I always come to my home club form ***-****PM just for swimming and sauna. Since COVID ** pandemic, my home club was closed. But when the club is re-open, swimming pool and sauna are not allowed and club hours is shorter to *PM, I couldn’t come. But LA fitness is keeping charging on my bank account. ** **Aug **, **** $**.** for Annual fee *Aug **, **** $**.** *Sep **, **** $**.** * **I’m asking for these refunds please dues to the limitation with swimming pool, sauna and shorter hour operation. I’ve just called my home club to freeze my membership yesterday. I will unfreeze my account until LA fitness going back to normal hour and reopen for swimming , sauna. ** *Attach are screenshot pictures from my credit card account that LA fitness has already charged.
